What I'm looking for

I'm seeking psychiatric and addiction-focused clinical work where I can provide evaluations, medication management, MAT, crisis support, and collaborative care for people with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.

I'm a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing psychiatric and substance use care at BayMark Health Services, Emerge Ketamine, and On Call Treatment. I conduct evaluations, manage medications, and support patients with complex co-occurring psychiatric and substance use disorders.

My work includes methadone maintenance, MAT, crisis assessment, relapse-prevention education, and ketamine/esketamine treatment oversight. I'm licensed as an APRN in Massachusetts, Vermont, and Oregon and collaborate closely with interdisciplinary care teams.
