I maintain aerial ropeway equipment at Vail Resorts in Vail, supporting haul rope replacement, splicing, rigging, tensioning, inspections, lubrication, and mechanical repairs.
I work on sheaves, towers, terminals, grips, bullwheels, drives, and other lift systems. I diagnose lift faults and use hand tools, power tools, torque tools, grease equipment, and rigging equipment while following LOTO and fall-protection procedures.
Before moving into Lift Maintenance, I operated aerial ropeway equipment and supported maintenance personnel with inspections, troubleshooting, and mechanical tasks.
