I’m a Corporate Counsel and Chief Legal Officer with experience supporting commercial, civil, employment, corporate, IP, investment, and regulatory matters across the USA, Hong Kong, France, and Colombia.

At PROTELICIOUS, I led legal support across multiple jurisdictions, managing contracts, HR documentation, and stock options plan administration, alongside company formation and modification work. I also handled trademark registration and industrial property, Convertible Note and SAFE documentation, B-Corp certification, and ingredient/product/label compliance—supporting import and export operations across the USA, Hong Kong, and France.

Earlier in Colombia, I provided legal representation and defense in commercial and civil matters, drafting and reviewing commercial, civil, and employment contracts. I also represented city hall in administrative matters and handled representation and defense across administrative, civil, and commercial matters while leading human resources activities.

I’m trained in International Business Law at Aix-Marseille University and certified in conciliation and alternative conflict resolution, and I bring a practical, cross-border mindset to risk, compliance, and deal execution.
