I’m an MSc Cyber Security graduate with 5 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, network administration, and service operations. In my Junior Cyber Security Analyst work, I monitor 500+ daily SIEM log entries in Microsoft Sentinel and Splunk, triage alerts, correlate logs, and detect threats and anomalies across distributed environments. I perform phishing analysis, malware triage, and EDR-based endpoint investigations, using MITRE ATT&CK to structure threat understanding and incident response while maintaining complete incident traceability in ticketing workflows.

I actively support security operations with incident management aligned to BSI IT-Grundschutz and ISO 27001, delivering ISO-aligned mitigation recommendations and post-incident review reporting to improve SOC visibility. Previously, as a Service and Operations Coordinator, I resolved 30+ daily requests within SLA timeframes and maintained audit-ready incident records through structured escalation and documentation. Earlier, as a Telecom Infrastructure Engineer, I kept 99%+ uptime across production IT and network environments, performed root-cause analysis to reduce recurring faults, and produced technical documentation that improved handover and configuration traceability across cross-functional teams.
