I’m a qualified lawyer from Turkey with 15 years of PQE, and I built my own practice in 2018 after gaining experience in international law firms. My work centers on corporate law and M&As across different jurisdictions in EMEA.
After the earthquake in my hometown on 6 February 2023, I decided to move to London, where I now serve as Head of Corporate Law at Singularity LPO. I support Turkish companies in their UK investments by establishing collaborations with UK qualified solicitors, and I replace solicitors in corporate law projects while leading them end-to-end.
Before this, I founded Cenudilaw and worked as a mediator in Istanbul, advising on M&A transactions on both buy-side and sell-side (acquisitions, sales, joint ventures, mergers). I don’t just draft and negotiate—I design and implement M&A legal playbooks, templates, and processes to promote aligned execution across business units and multiple jurisdictions.
I also strengthen deals through training and compliance depth, including EU M&A fundamentals, due diligence principles, key contractual protections, and EU antitrust, competition, and regulatory compliance. Alongside corporate work, I bring mediation experience to commercial, family, banking, and employment law cases, including MiKK certified cross-border family mediation.
