What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can apply Python, R, and SQL to deliver reproducible, actionable insights—especially in people analytics—while collaborating with teams that value clean data, clear reporting, and measurable impact.

I’m a data analyst with an MSc in Computational Social Science and hands-on experience using Python, R, and SQL to model real-world questions. My work is driven by a focus on reproducibility—so insights can be trusted, shared, and acted on.

In my Master’s thesis, I analyzed 160,000 Amazon reviews to understand how verified status and emotional tone predict helpfulness votes. I built a reproducible pipeline using sentiment lexicons and published the code so the approach can be reused and extended.

My research background spans peer-reviewed publications and conference presentations, supported by qualitative and quantitative research assistant roles. I’ve worked across content/thematic analysis and structured data workflows, including teacher interviews, survey-based research, and data entry and analysis in Excel and SPSS.

I also bring HR and recruitment experience that supports people analytics work. As a Multilingual Recruitment Specialist, I conducted 150+ structured interviews, managed candidate pipeline tracking and funnel reporting, and improved reporting and data quality—translating operations into better decisions.
