What I'm looking for

I'm looking to improve software workflows, scale internal processes, resolve complex product issues, and bridge engineering, product management, and customer success.

At ALIS by Medtelligent, I design Jira intake workflows for complex customer escalations, create traceability between bugs and code releases, and use Claude Code to speed root-cause analysis.

I've mapped HCM integration logic in Lucidchart, tested API and EHR/CRM integrations, and partnered with Product Management and Engineering to reduce operational risk before launch. I also train technical teammates by translating business context, application lifecycles, and quality practices into actionable guidance.

Previously at Redwood Logistics and BioLife Plasma Services, I supported 3PL software releases, built SQL-driven reporting, resolved end-user issues, and directed a third-party API integration into a regulated software platform.
