What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a civil engineering role where I can apply geotechnical and structural expertise—translating designs into safe, compliant field delivery, contributing to technical documentation, and growing through challenging infrastructure projects.

I’m a civil engineer with a BSc in Civil Engineering and seven years of accumulated experience across construction and consulting. I bring strong problem-analytical skills, stay self-motivated and detail-oriented, and I work effectively as a team player while remaining open to different problem-solving approaches.

At Volta River Authority, I develop supporting technical information and a digital project archive for Akosombo and Kpong Dams. I coordinate designs and draughting of structural and plumbing works, inspect sites to ensure conformance to specifications and safety standards, provide technical advice, and support construction/operations/maintenance through supervision, reporting, materials testing, tender evaluation, and safety monitoring implementation.

Earlier, I served as a Site Engineer at Phoenix Engineering Limited, handling reinforced concrete design/draughting, civil quantities estimation, planning of works, procurement, setting out, weekly reporting, and on-site supervision. I also built foundation experience through roles at FKD Construction Limited and internships at KNUST and Volta River Authority, and I’m currently pursuing an MPhil in Geotechnical Engineering, strengthening my ability to deliver high-quality geotechnical and infrastructure solutions.
