I've supported high-volume pharmacy operations at Rite Aid, filling approximately 400 prescriptions daily, providing consultations, transcribing prescriptions, and administering more than 100 vaccines.

Across APPE and IPPE rotations at Loma Linda University Medical Center, Riverside Community Hospital, Dignity Health St. Bernardine Medical Center, Smart Care Pharmacy, Walgreens, Vons, and other sites, I've worked in community, hospital, long-term care, adult medicine, and ambulatory care settings.

I've reviewed patient charts in Epic, Cerner, and MEDITECH; monitored therapies including vancomycin, heparin, insulin, warfarin, and TPN; assessed renal dosing and antibiotic appropriateness; and participated in medical and ICU rounds.

I'm focused on workflow optimization, adapting quickly to new systems and changing priorities, and helping patients understand their medications through clear counseling and responsive care.
