I am a Head of Delivery with over 10 years of experience leading complex digital projects from strategy to execution. I have delivered large-scale programmes for brands like Nespresso, Campari, and BNP, overseeing timelines, cross-functional teams, and delivery quality across web, e-commerce, and AI-based platforms. I have also worked extensively with startups and SMEs, helping them bring digital products to life, whether launching web or mobile applications or guiding them through full-scale transformation.

These projects span finance and legal (Myworkpapers, BBL Asset Management), education (Asian Institute of Technology, MFU), hospitality and travel (Aleenta, Sienna Charles, Axiome, Les Secrets du Siam), real estate (Major Development, Richmont’s), recruitment (Asia Internship Programs, Job Daily), NGOs and IGOs (Amnesty International, Fortify Rights, Orene), and industrial and engineering (SHARP, Takenaka Corporation, Next Industry).

Beyond execution, I have built operations from the ground up, structuring recruitment, leading interviews (juniors to seniors), and hiring for key roles. I helped grow a company from 6 to 35 people, including a 12-person team reporting to me that I built from scratch. I led coaching, onboarding, and delivery process design tailored to the company’s stage. I created custom methodologies (hybrid Agile and Waterfall), implemented reporting systems (M-1 reviews, M+1/2/3 forecasts, KPI tracking), and managed profitability, staffing, timesheets, and risk flagging. I collaborated with CEOs, CTOs, founders, and investors. I am used to managing teams across time zones in France and Thailand, and clients across the US, Europe, and Southeast Asia.

Alongside delivery, I have a strong background in UX and UI direction. I have led discovery workshops, built personas, user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes, and translated business needs into usable digital experiences. I trained and mentored designers, growing a team from junior to senior level, and built creative teams from 0 to 8 people. I set up design and project management processes adapted to multicultural teams including Thai, French, Italian, Korean, Finnish, and Israeli collaborators. I contributed both as a hands-on designer and as a creative director, ensuring consistency from concept to launch.

On the technical side, I have worked with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and built features with ReactJS and React Native. I am familiar with Flutter, Symfony, and other technologies, and know how to assess and choose the right stack based on context and product vision. I understand how modern development works, including monolith versus headless, microservices, APIs, and webhooks, and use that knowledge to challenge estimates, support devs, and align product and tech.
