I'm looking to lead cloud infrastructure and 24/7 operations teams, delivering secure, scalable AWS and Kubernetes platforms while aligning technical strategy, reliability, disaster recovery, and cost efficiency with business goals.

At Xtime, acquired by Cox Automotive, I led SaaS operations and infrastructure engineering supporting a platform that facilitates 44 million service appointments and processes 120 million repair orders annually.

I managed AWS cloud operations, Linux, storage, networking, and security in a 24/7 production environment. I also led a .NET team building an API-centric integration platform for Cox Auto OEM partners in an Agile environment.

I orchestrated migrations from on-premises data centers to AWS and moved self-hosted Kubernetes clusters to AWS EKS, improving scalability, disaster recovery, performance, and resource utilization. I strengthened observability with Grafana, Prometheus, New Relic One, AWS CloudWatch, and Splunk.

Across Dorado, Obopay, Prosodie eCommerce, Edusoft, and Managed Global Netservices, I've led global operations teams, data center projects, vendor relationships, security operations, and high-availability production systems.
