Ebenezer Allison

I’m a Business Administration graduate with hands-on experience through my NYSC role, and I bring a strong focus on helping others grow. My career objective drives me to carry out my responsibilities under pressure while contributing to a dynamic organization.

In my current National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) placement at LIPEH Academy, I handle Guidance and Counseling. I utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to support students’ personal and academic growth.

Beyond my placement, I’ve completed NYSC (2025) and participated in Nusantra projects (2023 and 2025). I approach each task with adaptability and resilience, keeping performance steady even when expectations are high.

I’m computer literate and fluent in English, and I work best through teamwork and collaboration. I also rely on creativity, decision-making, and clear communication to enhance productivity and service delivery for the organization.
