Led design and development of Seamless, an 85% 3D-printed TPU backpack line and directed the company's transition to digital manufacturing, establishing new production capabilities and technical transfer packages. Conducted AI-assisted generative design research, ran validation trials with the University of Santiago, and built cost models to optimize production.
