I’m a Data Quality Specialist with 2 years of experience, focused on data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems. I’m passionate about turning complex data into actionable insights that support informed decision-making.

At Wiser Solutions (April 2023–Present), I thoroughly assess data quality for clients by validating successful user mission completions across different stores. I also handle user-initiated store location pin-off requests, ensuring timely resolution while maintaining high data standards.

I act as a vigilant quality control point—proactively notifying my TL about user confusion or potential data anomalies, and running post-campaign data reviews to find and address outliers. I continually familiarize myself with internal process flows and departmental procedures to strengthen checks and balances.

I bring strong hands-on technical expertise in SQL and Excel, and I play a pivotal role by providing valuable input for the development of future Data Quality tools. With a commerce background and ongoing Data Analyst training, I bring both critical thinking and meticulous attention to detail to every task.
