Piping design and equipment layout for Project Fortune, India, a production facility for the manufacture of sunscreen products. Developed and routed piping systems using SmartPlant 3D and designed piping support arrangements using the Sikla support system.

Undertook the design, construction and project management of a property reform during a period between engineering contracts.

Delivered piping design for pharmaceutical and food & beverage projects including Zoetis, Fujifilm, Novo Nordisk, Heineken and Baileys while working remotely from Spain with international teams. Designed black and clean utility piping systems using AutoCAD Plant 3D and BIM 360, and coordinated isometric production with an India-based workshare team.

Delivered remote piping design and 3D modelling for the Pfizer pharmaceutical project using AutoCAD Plant 3D and BIM 360. Developed packaged assemblies designed to minimise site fabrication, including pumps, manifolds and AHU units.

Produced piping designs using AutoCAD Plant 3D and AutoCAD P&ID for the Wuxi pharmaceutical project. Coordinated and checked fabrication isometrics as the project progressed into fabrication deliverables.

Supported Brownfield design, site surveys, tie-in job packs, isometric production/checking, destruct/construct documentation and 3D modelling. Designed and developed modularised Coalescer and Sweet Gas Cooler packages, including plot plans, stress sketches and isometrics using PDS and AutoCAD.

Cygnus Development Project — piping clash coordination across four offshore platforms; drains layout, ISO and data coordination.

Hess South Arne Phase II — ISO coordination, schedule delivery, reporting, modelling and data coordination.

Guangdong Zhuhai Golden Bay LNG terminal — flare, BOG compressor and recondenser area design.

KDPC — CAD support, PDS data/reporting, manifold area lead and ISO production coordination.

TCO/PFD Asset Development — PDS application support and administration across a major workshare project.

Shell SPOTS and Texaco Captain projects — PDS setup, piping design, drawing generation, ISOGEN and CAD support.
