At Big Ideas Learning, I lead security for more than 200 users, guiding the organization through SOC 2 Type 2 preparation, implementation, and audit with no concerning detections. I aligned controls to the CIS IG1 Framework and replaced a legacy VPN with ZTNA.

I built a patch and vulnerability-management process that reduced vulnerabilities by 90% across Windows, Mac, and Linux devices. I also consolidated device compliance across 250 endpoints using Intune, Jamf, Active Directory, and RMM tools.

Previously at Coretelligent, I served as a security and infrastructure architect for SMB-to-enterprise clients, partnering with client CTOs on security, data protection, business continuity, disaster recovery, and cloud migration roadmaps.

Across consulting, ISP, and enterprise environments, I've designed and hardened networks, supported ransomware recovery, built monitoring platforms, and aligned controls to HIPAA, PCI-DSS, NIST, CMMC, and CIS frameworks.
