I’m a Registered Midwife with 11 years of frontline clinical experience in maternal and child health, grounded in evidence-based practice, clinical documentation, and patient safety. I translate complex obstetric and newborn guidance into accurate, safe, plain-language education for patients and families.

In my current role at Obaatan Pa Women’s Hospital, I exercise independent clinical judgment across antenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum care while identifying risk factors and danger signs against clinical guidelines. I maintain regulatory-standard documentation, and I bring the same rigor to reviewing whether health information is clinically accurate and safe—especially when it comes from AI outputs.

Through nearly five years in a high-volume rural maternity unit at St. Theresa's Hospital, I managed antenatal, labour, postpartum, and newborn care, and worked with community health workers to extend maternal health education beyond the facility. This experience strengthened how I assess guidance for safety gaps, escalation needs, and guideline alignment.

As Founder & Clinical Lead of Nurtura, an AI-powered maternal & family health platform, I defined clinical safety criteria and reviewed AI-generated content for accuracy against evidence-based guidelines. I also authored clinical education resources and helped define danger-sign recognition logic and escalation pathways for a conversational AI health companion.
