What I'm looking for

I seek a technical leadership role building scalable B2B SaaS with modern .NET/cloud stacks, where I can lead teams, own delivery and improve code quality in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

I am a skilled Full Stack developer with nine years of hands-on programming and team management experience. I currently work as a Senior .NET Developer, leading an eight-person team and owning the release process for subscription management software.

My career spans backend and frontend development across B2B SaaS, hotel booking and low-code platforms, where I have served as developer, senior developer and team lead. I make technical decisions, maintain code quality, and work with modern stacks including .NET, C#, Golang, React and Angular, plus cloud platforms like AWS and Azure.

I hold a Master’s degree from AGH University of Science and Technology and certifications including Microsoft Exam 483 and Professional Scrum Master I. I focus on best practices such as OOAD, SOLID, test automation and reactive/parallel programming to deliver reliable systems.

I am driven to lead engineering teams building scalable B2B SaaS and enterprise tools, improving delivery and quality through mentorship, automation and pragmatic technical choices. I value clear communication, collaboration and continuous improvement.
