At AITISOFT, I supported production infrastructure across 20+ locations, working with Proxmox hosts and VMs, Linux and Windows services, and site networks. I introduced Git- and Ansible-managed workflows for setup, configuration, deployments, and recurring checks.
I also built an internal Proxmox-based platform with k3s, Vault, PostgreSQL, and Forgejo, implementing service-to-service TLS and internal certificate issuance. For production support, I developed Crystal-to-Redmine ticket synchronization and Ansible and shell workflows for POS deployment and diagnostics.
