Delcio Pechico

Hi, I’m Délcio, a product designer from Mozambique, currently based between Mozambique and Brazil. I help founders and small teams turn complex ideas into intuitive, usable tools, bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to their products. My background in mining, oil, and gas taught me how to work through layered, real-world problems. Now, I use that mindset to design practical, human-centered digital experiences.

Over the last 4+ years, I’ve worked freelance, embedded in cross-functional teams, and as a solo designer - collaborating with PMs, developers, marketers, and business leads. I’ve helped early-stage startups and global companies across Europe, the US, LatAm, and Asia - turning technical ideas into tools that actually get used. Highlights include designing Yara FarmCare, which is used by over 5 million farmers worldwide, and leading all design at Easybits, from brand identity to product UX and design systems.

On the side, I run Revers.eng, where I share lessons from real projects — helping designers reverse-engineer smarter, think clearly, and learn by doing. I am open to freelance and consulting work, white-label partnerships, or calm collaborations that value clarity and good execution.
