I built an interactive Power BI dashboard tracking more than eight sales KPIs, including win rate, won opportunities, and lost opportunities, to surface performance gaps and revenue trends.
I've also analyzed 149K+ coffee shop transactions in Excel using Power Query and Pivot Tables, identifying peak sales hours, top products, and location-level gaps to support staffing, promotion, and product decisions.
Through HRMS and ROTEL data analysis, I examined absenteeism, shift adherence, onboarding, and attendance discrepancies affecting payroll accuracy, retention risk, and manpower planning.
