I’m a SOC Analyst L1 with 6.8 years at TCS, including 4.8 years in Identity and Access Management and currently 2 years into a 24/7 enterprise SOC role. My IAM foundation directly supports SOC investigations—authentication anomaly triage, Entra ID sign-in analysis, and credential-based threat understanding are all familiar territory.
I run daily alert triage in Splunk Enterprise Security, correlate multi-source telemetry using SPL and KQL, and tune Sigma detections against MITRE ATT&CK across endpoint, network, and identity signals. I document every investigation in ServiceNow with timelines and evidence before escalation, and I’ve also built hands-on labs for Elastic SIEM, SOAR automation workflows in Shuffle/TheHive/Cortex, vulnerability scanning with Nessus, and network forensics using Zeek and Wireshark.
