What I'm looking for

I’m looking to support U.S. healthcare providers through virtual clinical workflows, including Epic documentation, patient coordination, prior authorizations, and administrative support.

At Infinity Prime Care, I document provider and patient voicemail communications in Epic and keep clinical records and EMR updates accurate.

I process radiology prior authorizations and coordinate insurance-related clinical documentation, DME orders, and prescription refills.

I also coordinate STAT laboratory requests, scheduling, patient calls, and other time-sensitive clinical workflows.
