I’m an Associate Technical Program Manager with proven experience delivering cross-functional technology initiatives for global clients. In my current role at WTW (Willis Towers Watson), I direct portfolios and programs across AI, data analytics, and enterprise transformation—aligning global client requirements with internal technology teams and driving consulting services to successful completion.

I’m especially effective at stakeholder management, program execution, and keeping delivery on track through Agile delivery discipline. I lead risk forecasting and change management activities, mentor teams, and strengthen executive reporting, conflict resolution, resource allocation, and vendor management—backed by practical experience across Microsoft D365 CRM, Google Data/Cloud Platform capacity planning, OTT product journey scope planning, and end-to-end telecom deployments coordinated to SLA.
