I’m a backend-focused software engineer who builds commercial products and SaaS applications in production—strong in API design, backend architecture, and third-party integrations. I’ve worked across Laravel and Ruby on Rails, owning everything from authentication and RBAC to queue-based workflows, webhooks, and reliable data-driven systems.
Most notably, I built and maintain CheckinPigeon, a Slack-native SaaS for async standups and team check-ins. I handled backend architecture and AI integrations, implemented Slack Events API with OAuth and webhook handling, designed usage-based billing with Polar.sh, and managed production deployment and monitoring with Dokploy, Hetzner VPS, Cloudflare R2, and AppSignal—so the product runs smoothly end to end.
