At SlashRTC Software Services Pvt. Ltd., I managed production infrastructure for a dialer platform serving 50+ customers, overseeing 45+ Linux servers and 50+ Docker containers. I automated customer onboarding across infrastructure provisioning, domain mapping, API integration, and SSL/TLS configuration, reducing the process from 2–3 hours to 20 minutes.
I also deployed microservices on Kubernetes with Helm and maintained Jenkins CI/CD pipelines, including rollback workflows. At Paramatrix Technologies Private Limited, I built Docker-based deployments and Jenkins pipelines, provisioned AWS infrastructure, and automated server configuration with Ansible.
