In my previous role as a Process Associate at Amazon, I audited, tracked, and maintained the quality metrics of the assigned process. I also tested products in Amazon and compared them with competitors. Additionally, I designed wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for mobile and web-based products. I conducted usability testing and iterated on design solutions based on user feedback. I have experience in project design, user research, interaction design, communication and collaboration, user testing, wireframing, and visual design. I have also created landing pages and apps for photographers, websites for travelers, and implemented smart animations for a supercar store.
