At Gaggle, I led the migration of a 600-test Cypress suite to Playwright while keeping Cypress as the release gate, cutting CI runtime from about 15 minutes to 6. I published automation standards adopted by four engineering teams and wired GraphQL and UI suites into AWS CI as merge gates.
I also built API-level access-control coverage for seven district roles, validating permissions and Cognito JWT claims, and added DynamoDB-backed fixtures to isolate parallel test runs. Earlier, I established Sphere Technology Solutions' first automation practice and built frameworks there; my QA work also covered American Express Click to Pay, Viacom, and Cigna.
