What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead frontend architecture and product engineering where I can build scalable design systems, improve performance, mentor engineers, and partner closely with Product, UX, and backend teams.

I've led frontend architecture and product engineering at Zicasso, Perceptyx, Santander Tecnología, and Accenture, shipping mobile POCs, enterprise features, reusable component libraries, and performant public-facing experiences. At Perceptyx, I architected a micro frontend migration that reduced deployment times by 40% and improved Lighthouse scores from 60 to 90+.

I bring 20+ years spanning digital design and software development, combining UX foundations with React, TypeScript, Vue, Angular, Web Components, and backend integration. I enjoy mentoring engineers, establishing cross-team standards, and turning design systems into scalable products.
