At Here I Am Studio, I led UX research and UI design for Champions, a community health-education app used by 50,000+ people across four countries. I ran field research and co-design workshops with community health workers, then turned findings into product changes designed for low-bandwidth networks and entry-level phones.
At YONA, I design merchant and consumer experiences for a mobile-first booking and business management app, including M-Pesa checkout, staff commissions and the booking lifecycle. I also co-founded Tikomatata Limited, where I designed a three-step ticket purchase and payment flow; the business reached $100K+ in first-year revenue.
