I’m an aspiring Data Analyst with hands-on experience in SQL, Power BI, and Excel. I focus on data cleaning, data transformation, KPI analysis, and data storytelling to turn information into practical, business-ready insights.

Through my projects, I’ve built interactive dashboards and uncovered what’s driving performance. In “Marketing & E-Commerce Data Analysis,” I identified approximately $5.5M revenue loss from funnel drop-offs and found a customer retention rate of approximately 27%, then delivered recommendations to improve retention and conversion.

I also develop decision-support views across different domains. With the “Superstore Sales Dashboard,” I analyzed sales, profit, customer segments, and regional performance, and evaluated discount strategies and their impact on profit margins. For “Restaurant Performance Dashboard,” I built a filter-driven KPI dashboard to identify top-performing products and business locations.

To strengthen my foundation, I completed multiple data analytics and BI learning paths and continue building with PostgreSQL, including joins, aggregations, filtering, and data extraction. I enjoy documenting and sharing my work through GitHub, and I bring the same attention to detail and reliability I developed through hands-on roles like housekeeping and waitressing.
