At Dr. Omar El Mahdy Neurology, Psychiatry & Addiction Treatment Clinic, I provide psychological assessments and evidence-based psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and adults. I develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to support integrated care.
Since 2021, I’ve worked as a freelance clinical trainer, designing and delivering psychoeducational programs for parents and caregivers. My training covers attachment, psychological first aid, trauma-informed care, and strategies for supporting children through behavioral challenges and family transitions.
Through Esaal Online Mental Health Platform and Family Needs Platform, I provide online psychological assessment, counseling, psychotherapy, and parent guidance. My work includes support for anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation, and parenting concerns.
Across clinical, community, and alternative-care settings, I’ve conducted assessments, developed behavioral interventions, and provided counseling for children and families. I use approaches including CBT, TF-CBT, DBT, ACT, and ISTDP, and hold an MA in Clinical Psychology from Alexandria University.
