I’m a detail-oriented Sociology graduate with a Second Class Upper degree, and I’m passionate about administrative support and executive assistance. I bring a proactive, organized approach to keeping daily operations running smoothly while supporting stakeholders with clear communication.

During my NYSC at Haykay Multiservices Nigeria Limited, I supported administrative and operational activities across construction and engineering projects. I coordinated communication between field personnel, supervisors, and management, maintained and updated project documentation (reports, logs, and site records), and helped monitor daily site operations against deliverables.

I also handled data entry, reporting, and basic analysis using Microsoft Excel to support decision-making, while ensuring proper filing and accessibility of project documents for audit and review. With strengths in documentation management, workflow organization, and confidential information handling—plus CRM capability through Zoho—I’m ready to keep schedules, records, and priorities aligned for efficient execution.
