At SBI Capital Markets Limited (SBICAPS), I work on debt restructuring and syndication, including the Bajaj Hindusthan Sugar Limited Rs. 6,640 crore restructuring. I prepared lender-ready Credit Monitoring Arrangement numbers and coordinated a 12-lender consortium with legal, valuation, tax and accounting advisers, auditors, and the client.
For infrastructure and energy work, I developed financial models for Powergrid empanelment in line with CERC regulations and contributed modelling and an Information Memorandum for the Gemstar Smart Metering project. Earlier, as an Analyst Intern at National Stock Exchange of India, I analysed options arbitrage strategies and studied options-market data and pricing.
