At Delhivery, I designed and delivered an EV rental microservice serving 2.5 lakh riders across 3,000+ dispatch centers, and built a service dependency knowledge graph spanning 200+ microservices. I also developed an automated root-cause analysis system that connects LLM reasoning with service topology, metrics, and logs, reducing MTTR by about 75%.
I’ve also upgraded Delhivery’s legacy Python and Django monolith and improved EC2 scale-out boot times by about 70%. At Park+, I developed a real-time user segmentation engine and a configurable rule engine for user journeys.
