What I'm looking for

I'm looking to grow in Finance & Accounting and am open to opportunities across audit, compliance, taxation, or broader finance functions, where I can apply what I know and keep learning.

At L. D'Souza & Co., I worked as an Audit Intern on statutory audits of charitable and non-profit organisations. I conducted Bank Reconciliation Statements and verified bills, vouchers, and salary records.

I assisted in preparing and organising documentation for 12A and 80G renewal filings, as well as supporting documents for related hearings. I also reviewed salary structures and applicable labour law compliance.

During my senior's leave, I briefly led the 12A team for about a month and managed a junior team member. I enjoyed this hands-on introduction to team coordination.

I've built working knowledge of EPF, ESIC, Gratuity calculations, TDS, and GST compliance, including core filings, RCM, and IMS. I'm currently learning AI automation and AI integration in finance, and I'm looking to grow in Finance & Accounting across audit, compliance, taxation, or broader finance functions.
