What I'm looking for

I’m looking to enhance my experience and skills as a Service Delivery Manager in Azure infrastructure and database management, while building expertise in data management.

At Tata Consultancy Services, I managed infrastructure and database service delivery for enterprise clients, including SLA governance and mission-critical operations. I coordinated teams and stakeholders across service delivery and Azure cloud transitions.

As a Senior SQL DBA and DBA Lead at Tata Consultancy Services, I maintained SQL Server environments, set up 48 DC and DR clusters, and carried out periodic disaster recovery drills. I implemented high-availability solutions including log shipping, clustering, mirroring, and Always On.

Earlier, I supported SQL Server production environments at Religare Technology group of Aegon Religare Life insurance and Network Solutions an IBM company, handling database upgrades, backups, recovery, and performance tuning.
