At Novac Technology Solutions, I designed and delivered REST APIs for an Agentic AI-based assessment platform, including its Hybrid RAG pipeline and automated PDF and Excel reports.

I added Redis caching and MongoDB composite indexes, reducing average p95 response time by 75%. I also built and integrated a real-time STT/TTS WebSocket pipeline for an AI avatar platform, enabling multilingual conversations with under 300ms end-to-end audio latency.

At TechnicaX, I integrated file storage and e-signature workflows, migrated the codebase from React 16 to React 18, and revamped the UI for Redicane ticketing software. I also developed an application tracking system with candidate management and onboarding features.

At 10xOKR, I implemented an OAuth V2.0 flow and an interactive app using Slack Bolt, and led development of paid Performance Reviews features. I also engineered progress updates and a notification service, and hold the MongoDB Certified Associate Data Modeler certification.
