What I'm looking for

I’m looking to join a collaborative healthcare team where I can lead QA and radiation safety for diagnostic radiology and radiotherapy, support advanced techniques, and mentor students while continuously improving patient outcomes.

I’m a dedicated Medical Physicist with over seven years of experience across clinical radiation physics, medical imaging, and radiation safety. I focus on radiation therapy, dosimetry, and quality assurance, with strong hands-on exposure to both radiotherapy and diagnostic radiology environments.

In my current role as a Radiological Medical Physicist, Lecturer, and Diagnostic Radiation Safety Officer at ASRAM Medical College, I ensure compliance with AERB, NABH, and PCPNDT regulations. I conduct QA, calibration, radiation surveys, and personnel monitoring (TLD), while supporting radiation safety and quality systems for diagnostic imaging services.

Previously, I served in radiotherapy as a Clinical Oncology Medical Physicist at American Oncology Institute and Nagarjuna Cancer Hospital (2018–2021), performing daily, monthly, and annual QA for radiotherapy equipment. I supported IMRT, IGRT, VMAT, SBRT, SRS, and HDR Brachytherapy, and contributed to treatment planning and dose verification using tools like Eclipse TPS and GammaMed HDR Brachytherapy workflows.

I also bring an academic and training mindset—teaching Radiological Physics and supporting departmental leadership and course coordination. My approach blends technical rigor with patient safety and collaborative delivery, reinforced by memberships in AMPI and IARP and ongoing research in beam attenuation using Varian Clinac and Oncentra TPS.
