I'm seeking an opportunity to contribute to organizational growth through team leadership, operational efficiency, problem-solving, data operations, and technical project management.

At Tally Solutions through TeamLease Services, I led a 28-member team handling data operations, AI data training, and invoice processing. I assigned work, monitored productivity, trained new team members, maintained delivery pipelines, and worked with backend engineering teams to resolve system issues.

I've onboarded 50+ clients, created and validated 2,000+ invoices, and used Excel VBA macro tools to generate 300–400 invoices in one click. I bring hands-on experience with GST validation, accounting platforms including TallyPrime and Zoho Books, quality checks, and retraining teams to improve accuracy and productivity.
