What I'm looking for

I'm looking to grow professionally in a dynamic, challenging environment where I can support accurate cost control, quantity take-offs, billing, and efficient construction project delivery.

I'm currently a Junior Quantity Surveyor at Avalar Contracting LLC in Dubai, supporting post-tendering activities for construction projects.

Previously at AL ADRAK Trading and Contracting Company, I assisted with quantity take-offs, payment certificates, billing management, and cost control while collaborating with project teams to support effective project execution.

With a BTech in Civil Engineering from TKM College of Engineering and experience as a Graduate Engineer Trainee and Kerala Water Authority intern, I bring CAD, Microsoft Excel, analytical thinking, accuracy, and a collaborative approach to project delivery.
