What I'm looking for

I am looking for a role that allows me to assist the public and utilize my skills in a supportive environment.

I am a committed volunteer with experience in assisting the public at WEX Self Sufficiency. My role involves guiding individuals to the right resources, providing essential information, and ensuring that all inquiries are handled with care and accuracy. I take pride in maintaining confidentiality and managing records efficiently, which has honed my attention to detail and organizational skills.

In my previous position as a server at California Baptist University, I not only provided excellent customer service but also took on the responsibility of training new staff. This experience has strengthened my leadership abilities and enhanced my communication skills, allowing me to work effectively in team settings. I am passionate about helping others and am eager to bring my skills to a position where I can make a meaningful impact.
