I'm currently keeping order fulfillment moving at PDM US, where I pick, pack, load, unload, and stack products while reporting damage, shortages, and quality issues.

Previously, I delivered timely service as a USPS Mail Carrier, sorting mail and packages, managing established routes, and helping customers with questions, mail holds, and redeliveries. At DHL, I coordinated inbound carrier scheduling, communicated order assignments, and maintained site files and reports.

I also spent four years as an Assistant Store Manager at Denver Mattress, managing cash flow and payroll while helping customers find furniture that fit their needs and resolving concerns professionally.

My Army experience as a Food Service Specialist strengthened my inventory coordination skills, including supply rotation, expiration tracking, and AARMS record updates. I bring management, customer service, logistics, safety awareness, and calm decision-making in high-stress situations.
