What I'm looking for

I'm pursuing a QA Lead or Test Lead role where I can combine hands-on automation expertise with leadership, QA strategy ownership, release risk management, mentoring, and building quality processes.

At Kyivstar, I lead quality assurance for enterprise telecom web platforms and helped launch kyivstar.ua from scratch. I designed automation strategy covering UI, API, visual, and end-to-end testing, with daily CI/CD-friendly regression execution.

I've built QA functions, quality gates, test strategies, and automation frameworks from scratch across multiple organizations. My work has improved release confidence, reduced production defects, and supported faster defect resolution.

I mentor QA engineers, partner with product and engineering teams on release risks, and use ChatGPT, Claude, and Cursor to accelerate test design, automation development, defect analysis, and documentation.
