I'm supporting clinical trial operations at Arensia Exploratory Medicine through quality oversight of study documentation and trial data tracking sheets. I review complex clinical information, maintain traceable workflows, and follow protocols and confidentiality requirements.

As a Clinical Pharmacy Resident at Clinical Hospital Targu-Mures, I review high-acuity clinical data, apply medication safety principles, and document potential adverse drug reactions. I also develop evidence-based case presentations and clinical recommendations using guidelines and regulated information sources.

Previously at REMEDIUM FARM, I managed complex medication regimens including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and supportive care. I verified doses, monitored interactions and side effects, maintained patient records, and provided counseling to patients and caregivers.

My pharmacy education, toxicology and cosmetic research internships, and experience with clinical documentation have built a methodical approach to safety, data quality, and regulatory alignment.
