At The Alan Turing Institute, I cleaned and merged climate, soil and yield data into a 936-record research dataset, removing duplicate source files that inflated the results.
I found an incorrectly calculated column in a published dataset and documented the error for the data owners. I also reconciled each output from a three-script pipeline after it was moved from R to Python, correcting a record-matching error.
I documented the cleaning and processing steps in a README, code walkthrough and handover note so the work could be repeated and audited. I also built an interactive visualisation and wrote a technical report for colleagues without a coding background.
For my BSc dissertation, I simulated shared e-scooter deployments across London and assessed their commercial viability using journey duration, operating cost and environmental impact data. I’m available to start immediately.
