At Upcode Software Labs, I designed and built SmartFit, a microservices-based fitness and wellness platform, from data model through production support. I integrated the Google Gemini API to analyze fitness data and generate personalized recommendations, with validation and fallback handling.
I also built SmartFit’s REST APIs and Angular dashboards, and implemented authentication with Keycloak, OAuth 2.0, and JWT. RabbitMQ supports event-driven communication, while PostgreSQL and MySQL schemas support activity-history reads.
At UST (formerly UST Global), I led the migration of MilliporeSigma’s legacy platform to a new eCommerce application suite. I developed search and catalog microservices and data pipelines using Oracle, Cassandra, and Apache Solr, and optimized Pentaho ETL workflows.
For Sony Pictures and Warner Bros. Pictures, I delivered Java and J2EE features and Angular front ends, and contributed to a move to stateless architecture. Across my work, I’ve used automated testing and Jenkins CI/CD to support reliable application delivery.
