At Naovis, I lead frontend architecture and technical direction for FibreTrace, a fashion-industry supply-chain transparency and digital product passport platform. I took its frontend from greenfield setup through delivery and mentor the frontend team.
I build React features from designer mock-ups while preserving design fidelity, and extend shared design-system components across products in a Turborepo/pnpm monorepo. On eplix-connect, I built real-time STOMP/WebSocket features, OIDC authentication, and multi-step workflows for permission-based datasets.
I also designed an AI-assisted development workflow that brings together Figma designs, requirements from Flowable process definitions, and diagrams into documentation for planning and implementation. I use Grafana Faro and DataDog to monitor real user behaviour, errors, and performance in production.
