I'm providing remote nursing support at SAS HealthTech through Remote Patient Monitoring, Chronic Care Management, and Behavioral Health Integration services. I review documentation and coding workflows, monitor patient needs, and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to support continuity of care.

Through Cross Country Medical Staffing, I deliver direct patient care across facilities with urgent staffing needs. My work includes assessments, medication administration, catheterizations, specimen collection, tracheostomy care, wound treatment, ostomy care, and G-tube/PEG tube management.

My long-term care and hospital experience at LECOM Senior Living Center and UPMC Hamot strengthened my focus on accurate documentation, patient safety, comfort, dignity, and compassionate daily care.
