I'm looking to lead end-to-end data science initiatives that turn complex modeling into measurable business outcomes, while collaborating with stakeholders, mentoring teams, and expanding my work in generative AI and agentic systems.

At Fractal Analytics, I lead end-to-end data science delivery for marketing and telecommunications clients, from data integration and model design through executive decision-making.

I built a hierarchical Bayesian marketing mix model in Stan that improved marketing-driven revenue by 4.5%, and a technician-assignment model that delivered $14.5M in annual operational cost savings.

I've also developed digital twins and deep learning models for copper manufacturing, market-risk calibration models for IDFC First Bank, and predictive analytics dashboards for petrochemical operations.
